On 3-8-2011 the projectleader Wim Kratsborn presented the project To-Gather and especially the teaser of the film to teachers from all over the world.
New contacts were made with people from India, Saudi-Arabia, Mexico, South Africa, Argentina and Australia.
The concept of To-Gather fits very well in the project Future of Learning, including globalisation, the digital revolution and lifelong learning.
It was fascinating to meet Mary Helen Immordino-Yang and her research about the mind, the brain and education. There exists a fundamental interdependence between the brain’s social processing, the brain’s emotional processing, and other aspects of learning. Emotions matter in learning. It’s another aim to cooperate and to make To-Gather even more ‘brainproof’.
