On November 11 2008 it was 90 years ago that the First World War ended. This was celebrated in Ypres. Wim Kratsborn gave several workshops to students from KATHO and to students from international business. The highlight or better ‘deeplight’ was the performance of ‘Song for Europe’ by the Dutch band Audiofeel in the death-trench at Diksmuide. Together with many young people the project was linked to a historical event in the present by music. It was a remembrance for the young soldiers who died there almost 90 years ago and a warning to the future.
